在香港,外出想吃餐全素已經很難,若果還要戒吃豆類食品例如豆腐,豆芽,豉油的話,幾乎是沒有可能,但自己最近卻因健康理由,而不得不吃全素。
最近做了個身體檢查,結果並不理想。雖然不是甚麼大病,但要吃藥之餘,醫生還囑咐必須戒吃所有肉類,連海鮮也不能幸免。以為吃素就可以,但所有豆類製品,果仁,以及一些蔬菜如西蘭花和露荀也不能吃。
因工作關係必須要在外吃飯,但要跟隨此餐單實在很困難,唯有多吃些飽肚的水果以代之。可是,水果就愈吃愈肚餓,半刻鐘未到,肚皮就咕嚕作響。
人的吃飯習慣和消費相似,年輕時揮霍無度,更甚者一身錢債卡數,換來老時一貧如洗,苦不堪言。但若果抱著應使得使的態度來消費,那就可以瀟灑一生。
其實這番話只是對年輕小友而說,和成熟的老友們講已太遲。因為知道的早已坐言起行,不知道的已經和我一樣,積重難返。

多謝關心.個位醫生係由我細細個睇到大既家庭醫生,其實話我可以唔駛戒口戒到咁清,但我想快D好,所以吃全素. 醫生都驚我營養不均,所以都開咗D Vitamin比我.
會唔會好難過?
可以烚幾只雞蛋, 餓時吃蛋白夾面包.
我不明醫生根據那些數據要病人戒肉戒海鮮.

尿酸過高咋?咁就唔好食菇囉。
老火湯鮑蔘翅肚咪唔食囉,最好戒埋酒。
食下瓜食下菜,食D淨雞肉,搵蠔油或者薑蔥鹽炆下芋頭薯仔都幾飽肚架。
肚餓又可以食蓮蓉麻蓉包,雜菜湯掛麵或者烏冬又得。
我返工都係食齋,而家都未餓死,你放心喎!

食齋真係唔得,可以夠膽食到頂胃但兩個鐘後餓到出冷汗!
老豬你吃慣飽肚感勁o既動物脂肪,自然頂唔順食齋的日子。
男性食齋要飽,要食多D豆同菇,配埋煮得較油膩o既主食如薯仔芋頭等等,咁就頂肚餓。
